Internal strip-out of the existing boat house (a grade 2 listed building) and the construction of a new internal insulated structure within the existing building envelope. This provided a new open-plan training floor, shower rooms, offices and WCs, incorporating a sports flooring system together with external wall and ceiling thermal cladding.
